Steps To Becoming A Potter's Institute Student
- Register for classes.
- Complete a Potter’s Institute registration form and return to The Potter’s Institute information table in the lobby of The Potter’s House Sanctuary or to The Potter’s Institute Administrative Office Tuesday - Friday, 10am to 4pm or 10am to 8pm during TPI Registration Week.
- Call The Potter's Institute at (214) 333-6507 (For instructions).
- register via fax (214) 333-6512.
- Pay one-time annual (per academic year) nonrefundable administrative fee ($10) and tuition fee ($30 per five-week class) and/or CEU fee ($35 per five-week clas, if applicable)*.
- Payment accepted by check, cash, money order and credit card. Make checks payable to The Potter’s House. All checks must contain the correct address, phone number and driver's license number. An additional fee of $20 will be added for returned checks.
- *The class tuition fee is $40 for students registering after the final day to register.
- Attend The Potter's Institute New Student Orientation (Held the Saturday following registration week at The Potter’s House). Orientation consists of interaction with staff to prepare you for your time of study, followed by a time to complete unfinished registration procedures. A student I.D. photo will be taken at the Potter's Institute Orientation.
Refund Policy: (Credit Only)
Credit will be made on a case-by-case basis. A written petition for a credit must be submitted to The Potter's Institute Administrative Office. Credit requests made by the second-class session of any term equals 100% of the original tuition amount; requests made following the second-class session of any term equals 50% of the original tuition amount. Credit must be used before the end of the Academic school year.
